Start with destination consistency
Compare the submitted URL, final URL and visible offer on a clean mobile session. Pay special attention to redirects, localization, logged-in states and experiments that might create a materially different experience.
Facebook and Instagram traffic often arrives through in-app browsers. Test storage, cookies, deep links and consent components in that context without using browser identity to conceal content.
- Use one stable canonical destination for each ad promise.
- Keep price, product, claims and required disclosures consistent.
- Make regional restrictions visible before a user invests effort.
- Avoid login walls or overlays that prevent basic offer review.
Investigate accidental blocks
WAF rules, rate limits and bot products can reject automated platform visits. Inspect 4xx and 5xx responses, challenges, redirect loops and unusually short sessions near review timestamps.
Do not infer reviewer status from one attribute. Correlate network ownership, request headers, route behavior and platform guidance before adjusting a security rule.
A safe remediation opens the same core page to legitimate reviewers and users. It does not create a privileged review-only version.
Improve the appeal evidence
Document the exact destination, affected campaign, UTC timestamps, the technical cause and the fix. Include mobile screenshots and response evidence that another operator can reproduce.
- Capture the redirect chain and final HTTP status.
- Validate page rendering with scripts and cookies both enabled and constrained.
- Check privacy, contact and refund information from the landing page.
- Monitor the URL after remediation to catch regressions.
